What do you think about stars receiving very high salaries ? Is it fair that people with jobs that directly help people are paid much less ? Write a composition of approximately 120 words about this topic. Give reasons for your answer.

参考答案: Fair Pay
Salaries do not often relate to skills, education or the value of the individual to society . This is wrong . I feel something should be done to put it right and make sure people get their deserved pay .
Take Sports stars like Mike Tyson as an example .They earned so much money .But it is hard to see how they benefit the society . In fact, their behavior could even have a bad effect on young people and encourage them to experiment with sex and drugs .what is more, their job do not require special skills or years of hard training . Although they provides entertainment for people, I do not think this can be considered essential .
On the other hand, many professions that require high skills and years of education help people and the community. Clearly, doctors, nurses and teachers are much more useful and essential to society than pop and sports stars. Their salaries should reflect their dedication, and their responsibilities for the society.
